The Staff is awesome! From the front desk support staff to the Doctors ! They do show a lot of compassion towards the patients.
The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is greatas I said before, I am not going to delete the review below. Because I will not forget when I walked in there, and they told me that all of their specials were like gone!!!I'm afraid that they'll go back so i was reluctant to leave a new review!!!New year new reviewI'm pleased to say that they have plenty of specials they brought them back!!! It's nice to feel like you've been heard.The staff has never been a problem. They're the greatest asset to this place. Keep the specials goin ✌️OLD REVIEW-(this place sucks!!!! I spent over $1000 a month easily couldn't even exchange a $50 vape top because it had been one day past two!!!!!Aside from that, the points used to be awesome!!hints, the word used to be!The staff are really great people!!!I don't know if the company has become greedy or what but the point system is horrible. You don't earn shit anymore. they won't exchange anything either no matter how much you spend monthly. AS A MEDICAL PATIENT When it comes down to it, it really isn't medicine is how they treat you!!!!no real life, customer appreciation! The building is also very handicapped friendly, as I have trouble walking, and there are no steps. Again, one of my favorite dispensaries. Love it.
Yet another incident that I had with this spot that’s completely trash and rather shop elsewhere. I put in an online order and didn’t hear nothing. Decided to call where the person I spoke to was being short with me like I messed up their day calling them when checking the status of my order, was like pulling teeth. Finally confirmed that my order is available for pickup which I arrived exactly 7min after hanging up with whoever was on the phone. As soon as I walk up to the door, I’m being told you’re closed. To give me shitty service then have me drive out of my way just to turn me around is a joke. Probably never gonna come back here
Begging you to fix the many potholes in the parking lot or even just the massive sedan-sized pothole. Please. You guys are great but my car cannot take the damage

Rachel was my budtender today, and I was very pleased. I added something, and she told me there was only one left in stock. Normally I would expect a person at this point to say “the system hasn’t updated and we don’t have it”, but not Rachel. She told me to hang tight, and she would check and to my surprise she found it.Thank you Rachel, for showing the level of customer support that makes a person feel like more than just any customer.

First, that text told me to rate Ms. Ericka and not the Dispensary, so I first had to run through the list of the 2,067 Erickas I had the fortune of interacting with. You might want to at least indicate the venue; however, Ms. Ericka was so helpful and patient, displayed a vast knowledge of the products and inventory, and ensured I left the dispensary with the exact I was looking for. If there are associate bonuses for legitimate reviews made online, she needs to be near the top of the list of any recognition trickling down to your associates. Amazon gift card or a trophy to make the rest of the fantastic team you have out there jealous and step their games up to earn their own trophies or money. Who in the hell doesn't like money?

dont buy anything from grow west or gleaf, all their flower tastes like dirt mixed with a nasty old stale cigar. and it was so dried out, the flower itself looks good and smells decent.But when you taste it, it is so disgusting. I wonder what they use for fertilizer and plant nutrientsupdate went back to the dispensary. Explain about the poor product that I purchased from them. And they told me that there's nothing they can do. And I have to now wait another 2 weeks till I can afford flower to help me with my symptoms. I will no longer be coming to this establishment because they treat their customers like garbage. I do remember as of 6 months to a year ago, if you bought a product from them and returned it within 3 days because you weren't happy about it. They would either refund you or give you something els. Apparently, that's no longer the case at this establishment. don't waste your time at this establishment. Go to the Nirvana dispensary off Pulaski, highway, just a few miles away from this place

Have gotten defective items multiple occasions. Yesterday I finally said something to an employee about having to wait in line immediately after purchasing because they gave me a defective item...he goes on to say "order of operations" and walks away. In order of operations, you have to complete the first operation properly before moving to the second operation.... Very unprofessional way of handling it. Many ppl enjoy this place, hence this is just my own experience. Manager handled my frustration with care.

Do you guys ever plan on fixing the massive pothole that's been in the middle of the drive lane of your parking lot for well over 18 months? Is it that you guys don't care your customers and damaging their vehicles or are you just to cheap to fix it? I could see if it was a small inconvenience for the consumer but it's literally popped tires & damaged front ends repeatedly. You can't tell how big it is when it rains and new customers go right through it.UPDATE 2/4/25 Still no change. Still putting profit before customers safety ( & cars)

Packed full of people when I came in today!! Staff was on point though and got everyone through super fast!! Waiting area is comfy! Im adding to my review now almost a yeat later. Gonna have to say, I've been to alot of places in MD for medical supplies, and no one beats hfl! Awesome staff wait times have dropped dramatically, and literally the BEST deals in Maryland. Came in AGAIN (( I'm in here all the time cause they're the literal best in town )) and Olivia was outstanding! Got me a great deal and I walked out with WAY more than intended at an absolute steal. From Security & Checking in, to the Managers & Budtenders in the back, who work diligently to make sure your experience runs as smoothly as possible . They are all knowledgeable on the products they are selling & are able to help me with all my needs in a timely manner. The atmosphere is very inviting, clean and tidy in both the waiting area and in the dispensed area. Updated - 11/15/24 - This is by far the best HFL. I actually live closer to another location (about 3 miles) but would rather travel to White Marsh for various reasons. Clean, friendly staff, friendly customers, parking lot is good size (just watch out for the big pot hole). BUT.... let me just tell you about Kirsten - this is my go to Budtender now. I shop this location at least once a week and you get to know people and they get to know you. I have had various Budtenders over my visits, but I have found my favorite. Kirsten knows her stuff. Tell her what you are looking for and she will lead you in the right direction. I have never been disappointed with her suggestions.It tends to get crowded here, but they always have everything I'm looking for.UPDATED * - 2/23/24 - First off, I absolutely love this place!! It is always clean, customers and staff I encounter have always been nice. For the most part they have exactly what I'm looking for. The weekly sales, the stackable coupons, the cash reward program for those reasons alone, this will always be my go to dispensary. AND.... I've learned what days to go to avoid the crowd.

I’ve been going to Nirvana because it’s close but all visits have been meh at best so decided to check HfL out and am so pleased I did! Despite placing an online order that other dispensaries would just have waiting for pick up, I received a consult with an awesome budtender with long magenta hair (I didn’t catch her name). She made recommendations and helped me take advantage of their new patient promo, which was awesome! Great waiting room. Clean interior. Good vibes. So happy to have come in and now this is my go-to location for local product. Thanks team!

It's 45 min farther away than other dispensaries near me but worth the drive. Great deals, larger than average selection, and wonderful employees. The wait is average and no different than any other dispensary in MD. You need to learn when it's slow, and then go. Prime time, be prepared to sit.Update - 20241102 - Still great prices and people. Still giving HFL 4/5 stars only because the employees are so amazing! BUT! The new reward system and discounts aren’t as great anymore. They got rid of their teacher and first responder discounts and added like 10 years onto the senior discounts. 🙁 I used to be able to recommend HFL to people because of their amazing staff, prices, discounts, and reward system…now I can only recommend them for their amazing staff.

Today, Tray was awesome, so kind when I had confusion about the total amount of my order. He was very patient and understanding, cleared it all up. And to make sure they get the shout outs they deserve, Joe, Ericka, Ariel and Sarah have all given me incredible service in the past.
