Still giving HFL 4/5 stars only because the employees are so amazing! BUT! The new reward system and discounts aren’t as great anymore. They got rid of their teacher and first responder discounts and added like 10 years onto the senior discounts. 🙁 I used to be able to recommend HFL to people because of their amazing staff, prices, discounts, and reward system…now I can only recommend them for their amazing staff.

Great place but why you have on the website that you close at 10 but this is the second time I go and your employees are closing the doors at 9:45pm so I’m wasting time and gas going to you guys for them to have the doors locked at 9:45 coming out to tell customers that they close at 945 this just happened today 9/29/24.and a couple of weeks ago and I know it’s a lie cause I’ve been there plenty of times and that door be open till 10 I think some of your employees trying to rush it to go home while you are loosing business.

Rachel was my bud tender she was extremely sweet and so easy to talk to i was slightly apprehensive at first with some things as cannabis is new to me to deal with my pain for my disability..not only did she ease my anxiety but helped me find the strains and the strength of the medications that helped me the most..my quality of life and pain relief is so much better then it has been in 10 years the last few months now from giving the things she suggested a try …and i always look forward to coming to visit when i pic up my medicine 🙏 thank you as always Rachel ! ☺️

I love everyone here, but yesterday after spending almost $100 I find out you’re not even honoring google reviews anymore? After discontinuing the discounts for Medical, Education, & disabled patients! Some of us depend on our discounts!Why all the changes guys?I SPEND SO MUCH MONEY HERE!Now I’ve been having to shop elsewhere. Just can’t afford it anymore guys!I miss everyone!Will try to stop in whenever there’s a decent sale!A lot of the other dispensaries have great deals.I only still continue to stop by here because of the staff! Seems like the budtenders only care about us anymore. You express opinions to mgmt & that seems to fall on deaf ears.I always look forward to seeing everyone!I’m just speaking true feelings guys & I know I’m not the only patient upset by this!But I have to give 3 stars now because of all the changes!Nothing personal!
