**EDITING TO ADD RESPONSE TO PERSON WHO REPLIED: I think that is fine. The problem is the customer service. It takes 30 seconds to say sorry this is a regulation issue, you can come by first thing in the morning at X time to pick it up instead of shoeing someone away and being very clearly annoyed. I also saw a second review saying the exact same thing so clearly this is an issue with the closing person, not the customer. -------------------------------------------------------------- Original Review: The first two times I went to this place was fine. I had good service. Today, I placed an online order around 8:30pm and the place closes at 9pm. I get there at 8:44pm and I see the guy about to lock up and I say hey I placed an online order. He says sorry we close at 8:45 m’am and it’s now 8:45 so we are closed. I try to explain that’s fine but I had an online order so I already paid (because I linked my bank account and chose that option) and he just talked over me and said we are closed very rudely and walked away as I was still talking. There was a car outside so not sure if he was ready to leave and that’s why he rushed me out and refused to give me my order but I don’t understand why he couldn’t just give me the online order that I paid for if I was there 16 minutes before closing time. I’ve had to work closing shifts before and it sucks but I would never dismiss someone that rudely and just completely ignore what they are trying to say. The picture is time stamped and that was after I walked away a bit and decided to take a picture. Anyways 0/10. I suggest Liberty Cannabis I’ve had nothing but good customer service there. At the very least, the website should say you must pick up by 8:45pm when placing an online order so this doesn’t happen again.

Every transaction with HforL differs, there is no consistency with discounts, stackable vs. non-stackable, wisdom vs happy hour vs discontinued product, cannot compare pricing, regular sales person cannot tell me what I spent on product without a manager who is the only person who can access my old records. Too often they are out of my fav product so I take hopefully a comparable product, but I have no recourse if it is lousy and I cannot cost compare. Way too inconsistent with every rep's stories and reasons why - I leave more confused and displeased.

Be wary: they expire your points. I had enough points for $50 and they expired them all. only offering $10 after.On December 20th I was there, and just shy of the $50 reward, so I didn't use them.they're going to respond saying I knew, but i did not know. and when the employee IN the store on Dec 20th told me to save the points, i trusted him. He never mentioned anything about points expiring.Sure I'm an idiot for missing all the claimed notices, but when the employee on the 20th tells me to save points, that's what I thought to listen to.

I like coming here but i have been having problems with the online order i have to go to the site using the link from a text otherwise it won't let me use my account i have my store set for dundalk and for some reason it put my pre order in Bethesda Maryland Which is an hour away I've never shopped there I've never looked at any of their stuff so now i don't get what I order and they don't get my money so pissed off now i have to go back on all of the sites and find something that will work the same as the other cart smh don't have a site if you are not going to have the team to make it work right for you customers at no point should it take you to a location that you have never been or set as your store

Very disappointed! I’ve been coming here for a while . And recently every time I put in order and come to pick it up they are already closed! Sometimes even before the 15 mins! The staff that was closing was rude as well and honestly I don’t think i want to come back here. This use to be my favorite place to come and I’ve even recommended friends here! After today I’m not coming back!

It was a Great place at first and but won’t ever come as the staff member was rude to me on the phone and hung up as I was making sure before coming a long way on what was the specific terps on my order and was making it difficult answer my question so I guess they just lost a customer … good luck everyone with your questions if you call over the phone…

Adam was amazing. I've only been to this dispensary twice, and I've been lucky enough to have him both times. He's incredibly attentive—he even remembered something I had ordered that I had forgotten about. I truly hope I get him every time. The dispensary can be a bit overwhelming, but Adam really helps make the experience be more relaxed.

I WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AS A PATIENT....INSANE!Cannot believe the "manager" of a dispensary would act like that to a patient.When a patient comes in because remember for some of us this is Medicine! for a PRE ORDER and puts down exact change 4x crisp 20's and counts out 2.50 in quarters on the table and you collect the money and ask them how much money they gave you and they repeat 82.50 and you continue to make them do basic math for you while the money is in your hand. like the whole situation couldn't get any easier for you and your asking me to count the money I hand you again. also please go watch this on you cameras quite hilariousThe suggestion is made that they should just count it themselves like they are going to have to anyways instead of asking me repeatedly .... Then attitude plus another bud-tender chimes in to joke that since I want them to just count it he should count it 3x extra slow. LIKE IS THIS A JOKE.at the end of it all they tried to guilt trip me after I receive a $5 bill back because he put a happy hour discount on my cart, Like why don't you count my money and then follow with "here I'm going put a happy hour discount on it so you'll get some change back actually" since it literally wasn't even happy hour....that would've been a completely different situation also as we have back and fouth insinuates like he has my personal information as if that means something or I should be worried lolHeres how it should go1. I come in for a pre order where I know what my total is already2. Bud-tender Briefs Items in pre order3. I hand you money, you count it and check bills as this is cash only business and hand me my change, receipt, and labeled goods.4. I leave promptly and go about my dayEND OF DISCUSSION.

With a name like Health for life you’d think they would offer more solvent less extract based varieties be it Concentrates or edibles or pens instead of shoving MPX down your throat and Eden being the only rosin offering that sits forever because its over priced for what it is anywhere. H4L used to be a go to for concentrates now I rarely consider them and opt to drive 20mins out of Rockville although they’re my local dispo.

Update 1/12: Back about a month ago someone called me about this review and offered me a $15 credit. Yeah that never got applied to my account. They fixed the wait only once. They never ass me if im med or rec so Im sure that might be why im always waiting soooo long. This place does not prioritize their med patients which annoys me real bad. They are super nice once youre inside though and the deals are good in the right days.I had to wait 20+ minutes to get my pre order and Im a med patient. I really hate when these dispensaries do not prioritize the med patients. Because we are the reason they even exist in the first place. It is very annoying because most dispensaries have this practice. The prices are okay and the budtenders aren’t necessarily the most friendly. But this place works in a pinch.

Having been a regular pot smoker for more than 30 years now...yes, I am that old...it's rare for a Dispensary to be this much of a pleasure to shop from. That is no small commentary, either, I hate going to most of them.Not only do they have a seriously extensive selection at it's core, the sales are literally the best I have found in at least a five mile radius. Generous wouldn't even begin to describe it, and with inflation costs jumping me every time I turn around, this little gem of a shop has become a beacon for affordability with quality.I seriously also recommend checking in on their Weekly Brand Sales, where you can do some serious stocking up with 20 to 30 percent off not unusual. I used to live just around the corner, behind CVS, and am really kicking myself for moving now!One note on the Staff: our new Budtender Ian (lanky guy, glasses) turned me on to some new things that have proven to be quite enjoyable and I just wanted thank him for his assistance this past Saturday night. It was a real pleasure and I'm actually coming back tonight for a bit more. Thanks guys.
