The card readers weren’t working, but Sean, the associate at the window, went above and beyond to help. Instead of sending me to an ATM, Sean tried multiple card readers until the issue was resolved. It meant so much to me that they cared enough to ensure I could get my order. This dispensary always prioritizes customer satisfaction, and it’s why I’ll keep coming back. They have this tiny little board you have to keep your eyes on in order to be called in. The issue is, everyone waiting is using their phones to see their names because it’s entirely too small. It's been one too many times the website doesn't match the actual product. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've been too this location and the product doesn't match after getting home and opening the bag with the product coming from the drive through. If I'm looking for something specific in the terps and breakdown then that's what I pay for. Even if the product is unopened and still sealed you can't take it back even through its false advertising. If I'm looking for something specific that's what I want, if not I would get something else. So if you're going through the drive through and you care about that type of stuff, make sure they show you the actual product before purchasing and putting it in the bag. Most days the drive through takes forever because of the ATM withdrawal which hold the line up. They need to switch it Dutchie pay or cash only so the drive through isn't continuously blocking and holding up the parking lot when the line is wrapping around. For me, I'm done because this is the last time I'm dealing with the BS of getting something different than what I ordered. Today I waited at least 30 mins for this BS. It also been a couple of times I get to the drive through and they say they don't have the product I ordered and say that they sent a message and they did not. Then I have to hurry up and switch and look at products again online. I use to come here all the time but the last couple of months or two its been trash.

If your a medical patient this place sucks. They do not honor the medical patients first policy although they advertise it. Every time I place a pre order as a medical patient I sit and wait for 30-60 min and watch recreational users go ahead of me. There is a drive through that advertises faster service but its worse than going in. If there is more than 3 cars in the drive through line your looking at least a 20 min wait. And thats with the medical pre order.

I can not say enough good things about the staff at this location! They genuinely have care & compassion for their customers/patients! I tried the whitemarsh location & they're the worst group of people I've ever dealt with & I've been to quite a lot of dispensaries since I was a patient back in the beginning of covid. I've even been to dispensaries on the eastern shore, but the staff at the Baltimore health for life location are 1 of the best of the best I've encountered & dealt with. I had to change my review from a five star to a one star due to isma the budtender that helps at the window. Everytime I come and get him he is extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked him the first time why he had to take my debit card to the back without me being able to see what he is doing with it and he stated “this is what everyone has to do” then took my card for over 5 minutes despite me feeling uneasy. I then left and came back today and stated my phone could not scan the QR code for dutchie pay and asked if I could hold the cardboard piece to scan it and he said no I couldn’t and I don’t need to hold it to scan it. I asked to speak with his manager and he said I could come inside to do so. I said no and a team lead came to the window and apologized and gave me his name. He proceeded to stand behind his manager cursing at me through the window. He told me he didn’t care if I talked to his manager named “Adriana” and that he would call her right now. His manager did nothing. I spend a lot of money there but I will never go back.
